Shipping policy

Our in stock items ship within 2–7 business days.

Pre-order items have a longer delivery timeline of approximately 3–6 weeks, depending on the style.

Once your order has left our atelier, we will update you by sending your track and trace information. More detailed delivery updates become available once your order arrives in the destination country.

Customers outside Europe are subject to the taxes and duties of the destination country, which must be paid by the customer. 
Please note that regulations and guidelines differ by country, and we are not liable for any additional costs.

If the customer refuses the package or if the parcel cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the parcel to our warehouse. These costs will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received back at our warehouse.
